- We ship to all states in Australia via Australia Post. For deliveries outside of Australia, we prefer to ship with D.H.L.
- The shipment of the products of Los Andes will be done to the address you indicate in your order.
- Shipping charges are subject to change after the item is ordered, but before shipping, and NOT without the customer's approval.
- Original and return shipping charges are not refundable unless pre-authorised by Los Andes: the latin store.
- If you wish to pay extra for Tracking and Insurance, please advise us on placing your order, otherwise normal postage and handling fees apply.
- If there is a problem with the delivery, such as one or more products are missing because of a mistake on our part, we will complete the order as soon as possible, and we will cover the shipment costs.
- If there are problems with the process of delivery, such as time of delivery or non-receipt of the package, please inform us by e-mail at info@losandes.com.au as soon as possible.
