If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), Los Andes will happily provide you with an exchange, refund or repair as follows. Please keep in mind, however, that most items are handmade and by nature are not "machine factory perfect" therefore colors and designs may vary.
If you have proof of purchase
If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Los Andes will provide you with an exchange or refund if the item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below.
However, if you have simply changed your mind, Los Andes will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided:
- the item is in re-saleable condition for example:
- the original tags and labels are still attached;
- the item is in its original packaging (if any); and
- the item is unworn, unused and as sold; and
- the item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below.
If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
If you do not have proof of purchase
If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Los Andes may, in its discretion, provide you with an exchange or Gift Card to the current value of the item provided:
- the item is in resaleable condition; and
- the item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below.

Gift and Bridal Registry Returns
To return items purchased from our Gift & Bridal Registry an appointment must be made so that we can provide you with the information required to facilitate your return. To make an appointment please contact our store. All Gift & Bridal returns will be managed in line with this Returns Policy.
GENERAL
We will refund using your original payment method, or on Gift Card where appropriate at our discretion.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, and return shipping charges are not refundable unless authorised by Los Andes.

We can not take responsibility for items returned without prior knowledge.
