Bolivian Woven Bags ~ Carpeta

For the Aymara and Quechua peoples, textiles have remained the most important form of artistic expression for three thousand years. The cloth is a highly regarded heirloom that gets passed down for generations - connecting people to their ancestors.

 

Made from 100% natural wool and dye, these bags come with an authenticity certificate with the artists name.

All bags come with a long, wide shoulder strap and decorated with pom-poms. Colour, size and style varies. Below is a sample of what is currently in stock. Please feel free to contact us or visit our store for more information.
